Nice area and a decent place. It was clean but did have a bit of a lingering smell like the carpet needs a good deep cleaning.

Very easy check in, information sent ahead of arrival. Condo had everything we needed! Location was perfectly located to the north and south! Would highly recommend this condo! Bed very comfortable!

Great condo with all the necessities and then some. The view from this condo is fantastic. We made good use of the beach chairs, and the beach umbrella was a huge plus. You can easily walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Central location means everything on the island is within an hour. The kitchen is well appointed with more appliances and tools than I expected. I'd definitely stay again if I go to Kauai again.

You are basically on top of the water. It is an amazing location. Private lanai with excellent views. Plenty of parking.
I must have a different idea of clean than most people. The unit was definitely not clean. Hair in the tub, stains on carpet, just not up to my standards.
Kitchen had anything and everything you needed. Even a waffle maker!
Sliding glass door didn't lock. Contacted management and they said they would have someone take a look. Someone did come out but it was never fixed. I'm not ok with doors not being locked.
