This is our 3rd year to rent this beautiful condo. It is in a great location to visit Kemah Boardwalk, NASA, and a short ride to Houston or Galveston for more adventures.

Nice rental, close to NASA and good restaurants. Highly recommend.

The condo has a spacious layout, with high ceilings and a great view of the dock. The balcony is HUGE, which was nice. The beds were comfy, TV was user friendly.
The main issues we had was not receiving arrival instructions after calling the owner multiple times. Customer service ended up pulling through for us, but it was around 9 pm at night and not something we wanted to deal with. Everything was generally clean, but there was a definite musty smell from the carpets. The white sofas are stained, which is not a huge deal, but just gives things a yuck feeling. This unit could really benefit from a steam cleaning on the carpets and sofa. Also please put toilet paper IN the bathroom, not the kitchen. We couldn't find it until the end and bought our own. Overall its a nice place, but could use a few adjustments to make it better.
