Welcome to Cedar Ridge Townhouse, an elegant four-bedroom, three-story home in Park City. Bright, open, and full of natural light, this house enjoys a wonderful location close to adventure in winter, spring, summer, and fall. Just about nine miles north of downtown Park City, mere minutes from all sorts of adventure sports at Woodward Park and access to some of the best ski slopes in the world at Canyons Village (6 miles), Park City Mountain (9 miles), and Deer Valley Resort (11 miles).

This is a lovely property. Plenty of room for three couples. The slightly longer drive to PCMR & Canyons well worth the trade for a roomy, two level with private hot tub. The two car garage accommodated two Jeep Grand Cherokees, one with a Thule on top. Broussard Properties is a top class host. Thank you for a terrific stay!!

Was a well appointed and comfortable stay for our family while skiing in park city. Great midway location between salt lake and park city to allow for some evenings enjoying the great food of salt lake and winter activities of park city!

Almost had a heart attack when we pulled up to two properties at 11:30 PM that skipped the address of this location… but Apple Maps cleared it up. This unit is located in a unique spot in the community and is really nice. Sheets were super soft and comfortable, the hot tub was clean, and everything worked well. Comfortable climate control. Great layout for kids to be downstairs. Would definitely stay again!
