Spacious and bright apartment located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift, close to the centre, the stadium and just a few metres from Via del Pratello, renowned for its pubs and typical venues.
The house consists of a large living area with a balcony, furnished with a sofa, a dining table, a TV, and an open-plan kitchen with a peninsula.
Following this is the sleeping area, divided into three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the third with a double bed. The last two rooms mentioned also have an attached balcony.
Finally, completing the layout, we have two bathrooms, both equipped with shower enclosures and bidets.
*The apartment is located in a ZTL zone, we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival, a tourist tax may be required, the amount of which varies according to local regulations. You will find all information relating to your booking within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Bologna, known as the Learned city being the seat of the oldest University in the West, the Fat city for its gastronomic and wine excellences and the Red city for the colour that characterises the historic centre, is a marvellous city of art, culture and commerce. Its soul resides in the medieval historic centre which is among the most extensive in Europe and rich in taverns, shops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 km of arcades. In the historic centre you will find Piazza Maggiore where the charm of medieval palaces combines perfectly with modernity. Not to be missed are Giambologna's Fountain of Neptune and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli Tower and the Garisenda Tower, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without having tasted its gastronomic and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, Bolognese ragù accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city capable of surprising you all year round.
The central train station is 3.2 km from the accommodation, whilst the airport can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.

Wonderful stay; clean and near city center

Nice and clean apartment on the 5th floor with an elevator Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Bathrooms were clean and spacious as well, and soap and shampoo were provided. It was nice to have a washer in the kitchen to wash clothing. The location was okay - about 20-minute walk to Piazza Maggiore. We had a car and parked at Garage Grada, which was about 25 euros per day and very close to the apartment. The check-in process was pretty easy - we communicated through Whatsapp with the company and they sent someone to meet us outside the apartment. We had to sign some documents and show passports and then we were all good to go! We would stay here again.

The bedrooms were comfortable. There is a lift so that was helpful. When we arrived I contacted the owners to let them know the toilet lid in 1st bathroom was not fastened down,it moved around and felt unsafe when you sat down. No response was ever given to me. Both of the bathrooms had vanities that were peeling and looked horrible. There is no slant for the showers so every shower has water leaking onto the floor which quickly becomes a hazard. When we arrived the air conditioner did not work and it was over 90 degrees during stay. Luckily we tried a battery from one remote to put in the one missing a battery and it worked. However, when we contacted the company about the a/c not working we never got a response. The place never cooled down with the units running . One good thing is it is walking distance to lots of stores and shops for every day ammenities and food. This apartment for the price is NOT WORTH THE MONEY. Please do not waste your money on it.To empty the trash you need to have a key and we were never given one. Do not stay here please, there are other places.
