Our host was very responsive to requests. The house is in a nice location on the north end of Silves. Easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery, pharmacy. The pool is excellent. The temperature was perfect. The laundry facilities are useable but do need a bit of upgrading/fixing and I think that is being addressed. The house with all the bedrooms and bathrooms is fantastic for all eight of us older guys. One thing we would have liked is a newer BBQ. Overall, this is a wonderful vacation home that I hope we will be able to rent again next year.

We stayed here with 3 other families, with ages 1-7 years.
The communication was brilliant, we paid extra for the swimming pool to be heated and the kids spent so much time in the pool!

Great villa. Super layout, with ensuite rooms for large families. Really well equipped kitchen. Superb pool area. Only disappointment was no pool table or real gym.
