The resulting building materials were then used to create these striking homes. There is a mud plaster finishing layer on the walls for an authentic look

Don’t let the picture on Google Maps fool you when you’re getting directions — this place is a hidden little gem and looks nothing like the Google Maps picture from the outside. I went to Santa Fe by myself for a little getaway after a long school year, and it was exactly what I needed: close to the Plaza, full of southwest charm, dog-friendly, quiet, and I felt completely safe the entire time.The patio is a shared space, but I had it all to myself, and it was the perfect place to sit, read, and enjoy a glass of wine. I hope to go back again next year… and this time I’ll bring coffee and remember to put away the dog food before I leave for the day.
