Clean. Place nice layout. Ac needs some help to cool during afternoon and evening but it’s summertime.

Clean place. Air conditioning. Quiet neighborhood barely hear any noise during the night. Needs to have things in cupboards like garbage bags and dish soap as we had to go get some. But overall it was great and very easy to chat with the owner. I would rent again.

Cool crib

I didn’t want to leave a review at all, but VRBO kept prompting me to, so I felt compelled. You can see the effort the owner is putting forth to try to make this rental more palatable. It wasn’t horrible. However, it could’ve been more clean and there was a leaky A/C that caused a flood in the hallways and my daughter slipped and fell and hurt herself. There wasn’t adequate lighting in the hall where the leak was. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher with no dishwasher soap. There were roaches in the master closet. Dead ones. I notified the owner of all of this, but no solution or compensation was offered, only an apology. Oh, the futon is broken as well. And the door to the master closet. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s business, I only want to help, and I believe with a little effort this could be a very convenient and affordable rental.
