House was stocked well for the stay, the only thing I would note is that the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced, it is broken down on the side, I almost rolled out of bed twice during my stay. ALL else was good

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Cape Coral and this property. Throughout the whole time, our host Brett was a wonderful host, checking on us and dealing immediately with any minor issues or questions we had.The home, pool and amenities were exactly as noted on the listing. Thanks for allowing us to use your wonderful home to get away from the cold up-north!

Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for pool time (in the warm heated water!) and relaxation. The family especially enjoyed many games of poolside ping pong. The host was so welcoming and easy to communicate with, would highly recommend!
