Newly renovated house which features a brand new pool & spa, perfect for relaxation and entertaining. Located just 1.5 miles from Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park and less than two miles from the stunning Vanderbilt Beach. A short bike ride to Mercato Shopping Center, where you can explore an array of shops, dining options, and entertainment. You'll also find grocery stores like Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, and a variety of restaurants.

Our children stayed here and it was wonderful. Exceptionally clean and updated. Would definitely stay here again. Owner provided everything needed.

Good location in Naples park to stay warm while the rest of the country freezes.This place has a nice pool and spa and is reasonably priced. The furniture and beds were comfortable.The neighbors were quiet. We enjoyed our 4-week stay. The host was great to work with.

My first trip to Naples was delightful, due in large part to Alfred's lovely, comfortable and very clean home! Entry was easy and beds were sooo comfortable. Alfred provided great advice on finding the best beach to spend time at. Beach chairs, towels and coolers were available for use. My family enjoyed relaxing in the heated spa portion of the pool. Home is convenient to Vanderbilt beach, many grocery stores and shops, and marvelous restaurants, particularly casual Salsa Brava Mexican Grill and upscale The Bay House. So much fun - cannot wait to return! thank you, Alfred.
