Greatplace with wonderful deck for watching sunrises and sunsets. Close to Breckenridge to enjoy shopping, hiking, bicycling, etc. The addition of a facility that had a game room, swimming pool, hot tub and outdoor activities like tennis and pickle ball was a plus.

It's a great location between Breck and Frisco. The large fenced deck is a huge blessing for guests with a dog. The cabin itself was very clean. I was there between seasons, so it was quiet.....so nice to hear the river.

Perfect location to access both Breckenridge and Vail ski resorts. Good communication with property owner, which was needed due to not having water on 2 separate occasions during our stay and seems to be an issue for facility as we saw the plumbing truck there daily. Please note driveway is only accessible for one car due to snow and can be tricky as you don’t want to hit the front porch structure. Thanks for a fun stay!
