Such a great location! We were able to drive to several different cute towns, restaurants and the beach in 10-15 minutes. Also, the house was very clean.

Good central location to enjoy activities outside of the house.

This house was very clean and nicely decorated as shown in the pics. The location is perfect…close to restaurants, coffee shop, and a market. However, it’s not ideal for anyone that plans to cook. The kitchen was stocked with the bare minimum (no cookie sheets, no scissors, no grill brush, no grill utensils, no large skillet, few cooking utensils, no large Tupperware bowls). Perhaps previous renters took some of the items. Other cons: no fire pit as advertised and the utility sink was very moldy. Overall, a nice house, but needs a few changes to make it 5 stars.

Our family had a nice time in Sawyer. Short drive to the beach and very quiet neighborhood.
