Robin Hood House by Arz Stays is located in the B28 postcode area, a short walk to the local train station, a good central location – an easy drive into Moseley village, Birmingham city centre and Solihull - perfect middle base for most of Birmingham and beyond.
Whether you are staying with us for work, exhibitions, family breaks or vacations, we are confident that the house is perfect for your needs. Private driveway to park 2 vehicles and a good-sized rear garden to enjoy some fresh air.
Perfect home away from home: Large wooden dining table, seating upto 8, fully equipped kitchen, free parking on the driveway, 5 to 7 beds & more!
Robin Hood House by ARZ Stays is situated across 1066 square feet, 3 bedrooms with 4 to 6 Beds, and a double sofa bed: sleeping 6 – 8 people, perfectly suited for all clientele: Professionals, contractors and vacationers.
Downstairs: Living room & kitchen. Upstairs: 3 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Outdoors: Driveway providing space for 3 cars (or 2 bigger vehicles), rear garden with lush green grass & the beaming sun.
Living room: 2 Partitions to this room. Sofa, sofa bed, large smart tv, extendable wooden dining table (seats 8) double garden doors, coffee tables, lamps etc.
Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen with crockery, pots, pans and dinnerware. Several appliances include: Gas hob, Fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & washing machine.
Bedroom 1 – 1 King-sized bed (this can be split into 2 single beds where required), large cream fitted wardrobes providing ample wardrobe space
Bedroom 2 – 1 King size bed and 1 single bed (The king size bed can be split into 2 again) so 2-3 beds in total
Bedroom 3 – 1 single bed & a fitted wardrobe
Bathroom – Bathroom with a toilet, sink, bath with a shower, toiletries & bathroom storage included.
A TRAVEL COT Can be provided upon request.
Restrictions: No Smoking, no parties, no pets (noise monitors are situated in the house).
