The villa is thoughtfully divided into multiple separate units and apartments. While the homeowner prefers to rent out the entire villa as a single, expansive retreat for larger groups of up to ten guests, it can also be booked as smaller, separate units to perfectly accommodate more intimate parties.

Spacious Modern Villa Escape
Located in Roses, this welcoming modern villa accommodates your group across four bedrooms. A private pool, completely fenced garden, and beautifully furnished terraces invite you to relax outdoors in total privacy, while the cozy living room with a fireplace and full air conditioning ensures absolute comfort indoors. The home features three bathrooms throughout the villa rather than a single private facility, ensuring plenty of space and convenience for everyone. Families will find a warm welcome here; children are explicitly welcome, with a crib, toddler bed, and high chair readily available to make traveling with little ones effortless.

Convenient Location & Practical Amenities
Just 100 m from the edge of the forest, this home is perfectly positioned for quiet walks in nature, and returning is always stress-free thanks to a dedicated parking space right on the property. The sandy beaches and lively bay of Roses are only 5 km away for sun and sea.

Kitchen, Dining, and Local Flavor
The property features a complete, standalone kitchen designed to make self-catering a breeze. Fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all essential cookware, the kitchen space makes preparing large family meals effortless. You can sample local cuisine at Restaurant Pasko’s, only 400 m from the villa, or head into the heart of Roses to explore a variety of vibrant restaurants serving traditional Catalan specialties and fresh seafood right by the coast.
