It really does ensure a relaxing break as, once you arrive, you won’t need to go far. That said, there’s still ample opportunities to head out and explore the rest of Devon’s natural beauty. Including Torquay and Brixham, which are only a short 15-minute drive.



Like the rest of the English Riviera, Paignton boasts sub-tropical palms and calm waters that make ideal swimming and paddle boarding conditions. If you're visiting by car, there is a free, private parking spot for one vehicle outside the property. For those who wish to visit by public transport, Paignton has a great local train station with regular links to Exeter St Davids and Exmouth. Direct trains connect Exeter St Davids to the majority of the UK, including London, Bristol, Cornwall and the Midlands.
