House was absolutely as advertised. Owner has very clear check in process, and left us with a book that explained all that we needed to know. Great location!

Spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. Easy access to I-40 and US-89. Scenic drive to Sedona and easy access to PHX via I-17.Quiet neighborhood. Deep sleep in 1st floor bedroom. Some occasional ambient exterior noise—front bedroom upstairs.Good value. We’d definitely stay again.
