Ideal for families and couples, close to the seaside and 1 small dog is very welcome too.. All on the Ground Floor:

Living area: DAB Radio, Electric Woodburner
Dining area.
Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Doors Leading To Large South Facing Patio And The Enclosed Lawned Garden
Bedroom 1: Kingsize (5ft) Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Shower Room: Walk-In Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Welcome pack. Enclosed lawned garden with sitting-out area and barbecue. 1 small dog welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the area; catch the bus to Fantasy island, Butlins or into the seaside resort of Skegness with its funfair, amusements, seal sanctuary, aquarium and Gibraltar Point Nature Reserve. Or travel in the other direction to Chapel St Leonards with its shops and amusements, Seascape Café where you watch the sun rise and set, Anderby Creek, as well as Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe all along the coast to the north. There are good walks and cycle routes from the door and you can return in the evenings to the luxury and comfort of Sycamore Lodge to relax in front of your tv, or sit back in the garden and gaze at the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds in the distance. There is horse riding and coarse fishing nearby with the pub and shop 500 yds away.

We had a wonderful time at Sycamore Lodge. Lots of walking, really dog friendly beautiful beach stretches for miles. The cottage had everything you could want, home from home. Plenty of parking and Phil let us walk our dog Holly around the field the cottage backed on to. Even the sun shone for half the stsy. Would definitely recommend

The property was very clean and comfortable and has everything you would want for a very relaxing time. Ideally situated to explore the local area. Will definitely go back again.

We’re so glad we booked Sycamore Lodge! Phil is the most hospitable and friendly owner, and he even let us walk our dog in his field behind the Lodge’s lovely dog-friendly garden! The Lodge is furnished and equipped with quality fittings throughout, and is absolutely immaculate… it’s a holiday-home-from-home providing everything you could ask for. A large Private gated driveway, and less than a 5 minute drive away from a beautiful beach at Chapel Saint Leonards, with a plentiful choice of eateries (definitely recommend The Marina for the best fish and chips!). Sycamore Lodge is ideally situated in a quiet rural village just a 15 minute drive in either direction between Sutton On Sea and Skegness. The Customers’ Choice Awards are indeed well deserved. The Lodge is just perfect… if there was an option to give a 10 star review, we would! We’ve already recommended to family and friends, and we’ll definitely book again. Thank you.
