We checked all the boxes to make "Beach Oasis" the perfect Westwind's Gulf front vacation home in Sandestin Resort. Not only has this stunning condo just been renovated to perfection, but our oceanfront condo has quick beach access, an amazing lagoon pool, a fitness center, and you can explore all of the resort amenities in our 4-seat Golf Cart or via the Sandestin Shuttle!

Roam the 2,400 acre resort on the Sandestin Tram or on our Golf Cart, no need for a car. With 7 miles of waterfront, the south side of the resort fronts the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the north side fronts the Choctawhatchee Bay and Intracoastal Waterway. The resort offers amenities for every type of person, including 4 championship golf courses (3 open to the public), lighted clay tennis courts, lighted pickleball courts, and 2 large Sandestin Resort pools. Additionally, there is a marina on the Bay to rent boats, kayaks, paddleboards, or bikes. You can enjoy biking, swimming, hiking, fishing, boogie boarding, miniature golf, renown restaurants, unique shopping and an array of entertainment options without leaving Sandestin!
Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.
Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.
Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.
The Beyond Blue Difference: Our vacation homes are maintained above and beyond industry standards to remove any worry and make your stay with us an ideal, memorable vacation. Each home is professionally cleaned, services verified, and inspected before each guest's arrival. Our guest service team is available 7 days a week to help you before and during your stay.

Some of the outlets were not functional as well as the fan in the guest bathroom. Small complaint for a very nice, super well equipped place. The golf cart was a nice addition and we enjoyed scooting around the property in the evenings. Hard not to recommend.

Clean and beautiful unit with everything we needed. Was not listed, but included beach chairs, an umbrella, snorkeling, equipment, and sand toys for the kids. Excellent communication with property manager. Would definitely stay here if coming to Sandestin again.Sandestin site itself was a little tricky. Was not able to play tennis due to scheduling conflicts and “full“ clinics. Need to find their online number and call them directly. No way to book online. My husband was able to call and schedule golf and played several times during our trip. Was a great week!

Will not be staying here again. The balcony held water so my daughters could not go on the balcony without getting feet wet. When we walked in the smell of the unit smelled like someone had cooked Indian or Mexican food just before we arrived and it smelled like that the entire time. Golf cart worked but was by far the oldest and rustiest one on the lot. The pool didn’t open each day till almost after lunch because they were cleaning it. I appreciate the pool being cleaned, but start at 7 am if it’s going to take that long to clean. Overall for the price, not worth it.
