The JEWEL in The CROWN condo at Sea Palms. Decorated to perfection. Four bedrooms, (two King and two queen), three baths. Fantastic marsh views. Private pool. Golf at the front door! Walk next door to Sea Palms Golf Course and Dining. Sago is a fine dining experience breakfast, lunch and dinner! This private condo is one of only 20 units and is quiet and private. Minutes to the beach. Most Guests return annually!

We enjoy our covered balcony most of the year. It has a dining table for four and two comfy chairs for relaxing.

Seating for 8 people
The home is on the corner so even the dining room has windows and views!
Kitchen
Granite counters accent the fully equipped kitchen. The open breakfast bar serves four and overlooks the light and bright living and dining.
Living room
Beautifully furnished great room with 46' HDTV overlooks the marsh and opens to covered deck with dining and chairs for relaxing.
Check-In: 4:00 pm
Check-Out: 10:00 am
• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants 8 persons.
• Pets are not allowed in this unit
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 5 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
Bedding Includes:

2- Queen
Don’t forget to bring your beach chairs, beach towels and sunscreen!

The photos did not do this place justice. Beautifully decorated. The perfect location and close proximity to restaurants. The balcony was directly in front of the pool. I was able to sit on the balcony and watch my teen daughters without worrying.
