A beautiful heated swimming pool from April to end of October (4x8, depth of 1.50m) secured by a non-approved fence and an alarm.
A pool house fitted out with garden furniture + 6 sun loungers
A permanent wood barbecue and an electric griddle
A pétanque court and swing.
INTERIOR
This Provençal farmhouse with swimming pool in Beaucaire with swimming pool has an area of 190 m², spread over two air-conditioned levels, decorated in a modern style.

Entrance fitted with an Office space Very large living area (63 m²) opening onto the external terrace through glass doors, divided into several living spaces:
- The kitchen equipped with an induction hob, an American fridge, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and a filter coffee maker.
- The dining room with a table and chairs that can accommodate 8 people.
