Recently renovated condo close to downtown Kailua-Kona. Two pools, one right on the ocean (saltwater pool) and one freshwater pool. BBQ area overlooking the ocean. Beach area where you can sit right next to the ocean and enjoy beautiful Kona sunsets! Enjoy light relaxing sounds of the ocean... No Street Noise! A perfect vacation getaway. Kona Trolley stops directly in front of the property. A ride to downtown or to Keauhou in an openair trolley along Alii Drive. Small convenience store in front for those last minute needs! Quiet and peaceful! We absolutely loved the community and this condo had everything we needed:-) The terrace overlooking the pool and gardens was a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.

The location is great! Very close to lots of attractions and lots of restaurants. The apt complex is a hidden gem. It has 2 swimming pools (fresh water and salt water) and a small beach to watch sunset. The view of the ocean is great! Check in is very smooth. The apartment is one bed room with 1 queen bed and another queen size sofa bed in the living room. Enough space for my family of 4. The outside locker space has everything to enjoy beach. We enjoyed the stay and will stay again.

Very nice rental. Communication was great! Has everything needed for a wonderful stay. Lots of beach items for use. Love the view, great pools, grilling area. Very relaxing! Central to the many places we visited.

The unit was clean and nicely decorated. It was quiet with beautiful garden and pool. Close to restaurants and activities.
