A cozy apartment of about 50 square meters, comfortably accommodating up to three people, located on the 3rd floor of a historic building (NO elevator). The property is located in the heart of Ortigia’s historic center, within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), 100 meters from the historic market, and just 50 meters from the Temple of Apollo and the main street, Corso Giacomo Matteotti.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with a one-and-a-half-person sofa bed (for one guest), dining table, and smart TV;

- KITCHENETTE with a 2-burner stovetop, refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, microwave, and various kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split units in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, safe, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of your stay, up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night, for up to 7 consecutive nights).

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Esummer: the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Syracuse Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



Check-in will be via online self-check-in; completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to retrieve your keys and gain access to the apartment.

Keys can be picked up free of charge via the on-site keybox.

In case of problems, phone support is available until 10:00 PM.



If you’d prefer to have a member of our staff deliver the keys to the apartment, this is possible upon request for an additional fee as follows:

- From 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM: 15.00 euros;

- From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM: 25.00 euros.
