-----Things to Note-----
1. Owner requires an extra guest screening form upon booking.
2. We do not allow pets at the property. However, we gladly welcome service animals in accordance with the law. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
3. Indigenous critters like lizards, bugs, and spiders are common in the Arizona desert. Although the property undergoes regular pest control treatments, spotting dead bugs doesn't indicate an infestation but rather confirms the effectiveness of the treatment. While the house is cleaned before your arrival, occasional pest sightings may occur. To prevent ants, avoid leaving food or crumbs on counters or tables.
