Nash Era is a four-story house in Nashville built for groups who want the whole family or friend crew together, not split across separate units. Each floor has a different personality, from the Green Room downstairs to the hot tub above, so kids, parents, and everyone in between find their own spot to land.



The kitchen opens straight into the living and dining area, so the person cooking is never cut off from the group, and a neon sign in the dining room reading "Taylor can't come to the phone right now" sets the tone before dinner even starts. The Green Room is the group's hangout base, with a ping pong table, bar seating, a photo-op area, and a luxury lounge for anyone sitting out a game.
