Cocoonr offers you this charming 97 m² air-conditioned house to rent in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 44 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 200 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 44 m² living room with TV, armchairs, table... and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: One bedroom with double bed (140×190), TV, wardrobe and desk
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200), TV and wardrobe
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful, enclosed, private 200 m² south-facing garden
- A 25 m² tiled terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
The house is ideally located in Saint-Victor-la-Coste, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Less than 30 minutes from Avignon, Uzès, Orange, the Pont du Gard ...
- 10 minutes from Tavel
- 1 hour from the sea or the Cévennes
- Visit to the medieval village of character
- Boules and tennis courts
- Several signposted hiking trails nearby
- Many historic sites to visit: the CASTELLAS castle overlooking the old village, the remains of Caesar's camp or the Sainte Baume chapel carved into the rock.
Public transport :
- You can park directly in the garage (5.1x3m), in the enclosed parking space or in the private parking space with no clause.
