It is located right across from the liquor store .The street level tenants are Soup Surreal - do take out for easy meals `at home`, Diamond Dog Vinyl and Knit Stitch. Friendly vibe. 3 minute walk to the Avon Theatre, 20 minute walk to Tom Patterson Theatre and 30 minute walk to Festival Theatre.
