With its 5 bedrooms, carefully designed decor, and all necessary amenities, it combines comfort and elegance. Relax in the heated pool or on its vast 6,500 m² grounds, perfect for enjoying the tranquillity of the countryside. Isolated and with no direct neighbours, this detached house guarantees absolute peace and quiet.

SITUATION
This luxury villa for 10 people with a heated swimming pool in the Alpilles is located in the countryside of the village of MAUSSANE, in the heart of the Alpilles Natural Park (Bouches du Rhône Department - in Provence).
This prestigious rental in the Alpilles is located about 2km from the village centre and the first bakery.
Supermarkets are located in St Remy de Provence, or in Saint Martin de Crau, about 8 kms away.
Maussane is an AOC olive oil producing village. Its inhabitants will share all their know-how with you. You can also discover the small mill, the via Aurélia and the Sainte-Croix church.
This magnificent luxury villa with a heated swimming pool has an ideal location for visiting the most beautiful sites in Provence.
The Alpilles natural park will offer you a magical setting with its splendid landscapes.
Perched on its rocky mount, the village of Les Baux de Provence is drawn above the village of Maussane, with its exceptional medieval heritage!
Not far from there, you can also visit the town of Saint Rémy de Provence. It is very famous for its museums, its Roman antiquities with its Glanum site, and for its very chic shops.
Or the city of Arles, called little Rome, for its Antique heritage, vestiges of Caesar's occupation.

- A large heated swimming pool (12mx4.5m, depth of 1.45m. Electric roller shutter type security system), accessible by steps.
The heated pool is in service from 1st April to 30th October.
Numerous sunbeds are at your disposal as well as a zen space.
- Two large terraces (one with a pergola and the other facing the pool, enhanced with a plancha) fitted with tables, chairs, and a garden lounge. You will fully enjoy the outdoor spaces and Provençal sun!

It is entirely decorated with care with beautiful furniture.
It offers you optimal comfort and a very contemporary decoration.

Fully air-conditioned, the ground floor has very spacious rooms, with:
A large American kitchen with central island and dining area opening onto the dining room (50m²)
It is fully equipped. It has a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, an oven, a toaster, a Senseo coffee machine, a Nespresso coffee machine, a filter coffee machine and a Rosières cooker.
A storeroom with washing machine and a sink.
A spacious living room (50m²) with TV room opening onto the dining room.

This was the best villa we ever rented. Clean, cosy, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy your holidays. The neighborhood was quiet en beautiful, but also close to the center of the village and only a few minutes drive to Baux-de-Provence and other nice cities in the Provence.

A stunning property in a peaceful and private location with everything you could desire. Plenty of room for our family, with a large open space outside for all to relax. The pool and the boules, particularly, were well used, and we loved the atmosphere. All in all, a great property which provided exactly everything that we needed to relax and savour our holiday.

The house exceeded our expectations and was more than big enough for 8 adults. The only problem was difficulty in finding and getting through to property management. In fairness, that was probably due to our troubles with phone service. Would also recommend that a “how to “ book of instructions be included in English for visitors who are not accustomed to using European appliances.

This villa has everything: space, charm, superb garden, cosy furniture, top heated pool. All bed rooms with separate bathrooms.
The landlord is very supportive and responsive. Very easy to deal with and friendly.
Perfect location for daytrips in the middle of Arles, Avignon and the Camargues. A foot step from les Beaux de Provence. Maussane has multiple excellent restaurants.
We can only recommend this villa. It is definitely on our list to return again.
