A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Black Bear 8052 lets families trade the morning scramble for a two-minute stroll to the River Run Gondola.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 2-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- King master bedroom
- Kids' room with two twin beds
- Queen sofa sleeper for flexible sleeping
- Hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, and Dakota Lodge pool access
- Free garage parking with EV charging
Parents, this one solves the logistics. Gear lives in the ski storage, the gondola is steps away, and when little legs are done at 2 pm, home is right there. The kids get a room all their own with two beds, the adults get a serene master with a TV and village views, and the sofa sleeper flexes for a sixth guest or a friend who tags along.
The open main room keeps the family together, with a stone gas fireplace, a big sectional for movie night, and a dining table that is equally good for spaghetti and board games. Granite counters and stainless appliances make home-cooked meals easy on the budget, and the breakfast bar seats three for quick cereal mornings.
After the lifts close, walk to the shared hot tubs and sauna, or take the crew to the Dakota Lodge pool and spas. Village restaurants, hot chocolate stops, and the playground are all close by. Give your family the easiest ski week yet and book Black Bear 8052.
One vehicle parks free in the building's shared garage, and an EV charging station is available.

Great location, maybe 50 -75 yards from lift. Great area; restaurants/bars really close. Everything we needed in the unit for a quick couple of days. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing location, very clean, had everything we needed. The only problem was the king mattress was absolutely terrible, my husband and I couldn’t find a position that was comfortable and so we didn’t sleep well at all. Other than that everything was great.
