The house was beautiful, the location is fantastic. The only thing I would suggest is some instructions of what the home owner requires guest to do upon departure. There were no instructions of when garbage night was or what to do with the used linens. The temperature they’d like the AC left on. Otherwise it was very clean and my family enjoyed the stay.

We loved staying at this property. The house is beautiful, and even more so than the pictures can show. It was the perfect fit for myself and two teenagers, with room to spare. It would be a great place for a family or a get away with friends. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and everything needed to cook meals. With heavy beach traffic, it was less than 20 minutes to the Rehoboth boardwalk by car. We were there during very hot days (heat index over 100), and the house stayed cool, and there are several ceiling fans to help cool off the warmer parts of the day (garage included). We didn't need to make use, but it was nice to see the beach towels, chairs, and other beach accessories for use during the stay. Highly recommend!
