Very nice 58sqm apartment for 4 people, 3 star, on the ground floor of the new residence with lift "Le Green", located in Les Praz de Chamonix, 350 metres from the cable car of La Flégère.

- Living space with dining area and lounge equipped with an "Apple TV" with Netflix access and home cinema
- Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, induction hobs, oven and microwave, raclette and fondue sets, Nespresso, toaster, kettle, rice cooker)
- Double en suite bedroom (160x200), shower room, toilet, TV "Apple TV" and a safe
- Bedroom with bunk beds (Top bed not suitable for children under 6 years old), TV and Xbox game
- Shower room with a drying/washing machine
- Separate toilet with wash sink
- 15sqm terrace equipped with a garden furniture and a private 50sqm garden

El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos,muy bien equipado, con muebles de calidad y con buenos detalles. Queda un poco separado del centro de Chamonix pero si se va con coche no hay ningún problema, aunque también hay posibilidad de coger buses gratuitos. Una estancia perfecta.
