This deluxe 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits along the Roaring Fork River and offers a spacious living area. Located just five blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola, it's an ideal retreat for both skiing and year-round mountain adventures.

The main living area features a flat-screen TV, river views, and access to a formal dining space. The updated kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of space for entertaining. Guests also enjoy the convenience of an in-unit laundry closet.
**Please note: Due to building regulations, fireplaces are currently not in use at Chateau Eau Claire. We appreciate your understanding and invite you to enjoy the many other comforts of this condo, including its private river-view balcony, modern interiors, and access to hot tubs, a heated pool, and a fitness center.**

Pros: The location of the property is perfect for walking distance into town. Kitchen well stocked. Awesome view out of livingroom. Property mgmt easily contactable with prompt response.
Cons: The property hasnt been updated. Both bedrooms have 16yr old 19" TV's and only one has cable service. None of the TV's worked until maint on the 3rd day reset the livingroom and swapped the bedroom TV's. Both toilets are very small. I'm 5'10" 235 and dreaded sitting down. My wife wasnt a fan either. Livingroom heater was assessed by maintenace 4 times and never worked properly. They gave us a space heater which made it way better.
For what we paid for 4 nights the property definitely could use an update.
