Fantastic view from the terrace.
There is rather often an unpleasant sewage smell on the terrace, which should be addressed.

Great view, large teracce directly at the Beach. Good beds. Nice Location.
An awfull Smell from the shower drain. Had to close the bathroom door always. We put a pot over the shower drain - this was the only negative Point. We would still recommend the Location. Thats why Rating of cleanliness only 4 out of 5.

This little gem of an apartment was brilliant and the view is to die for. Ideal for 2 people, 'compact' for more, it is the perfect place to stay in Alcudia. There are restaurants to suit all tastes in easy walking distance and small supermarkets on every corner. It is an easy one kilometer walk into the old town which is well worth a visit. The beach is on the doorstep. The apartment has everything you could need and the wifi is good. The outside space is huge, just as in the photos, and is very comfortably furnished including sunbeds. We would definitely book this apartment again next time we visit Alcudia.

Es gibt immer Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten, aber es besteht hier keine Notwendigkeit. Alles passend für einen tollen Aufenthalt.
