The kitchen is equipped with cookware and essential appliances for short stays, including an electric cooktop, microwave, and coffee maker.

The first two bedrooms feature comfortable double beds, while the third offers two cosy single beds. Each bed is thoughtfully prepared with premium-quality linens, ensuring the utmost comfort for a restful night's sleep.

The two bathrooms are thoughtfully equipped with clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, offering easy access.

This property is conveniently situated just a one-minute walk away from Sagunt Tram Station and two nearby train stations - Estación de Tossal del Rei (1.2 km away) and Benimaclet (1.3 km away).

The Valencia Airport is just an 18-minute drive.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
