Relax in this lovely brand new apartment inside a newly renovated building in the heart of Naples. Perfect for a vacation in Naples or for smart working.
Wi-Fi Internet with excellent download (141Mb) and upload (178Mb) speeds.
Less than 5 minutes walk from Piazza del Gesù, from here you can walk to all points of interest in the historic center and the famous pizzerias, supermarkets, ATM, typical stores and pharmacies.
Metro 1 and 2 a few meters.
Guests have access to the entire mini-apartment with bathroom and small full kitchen, with oven and coffee machine. The refrigerator is useful if you want to store some products purchased during your stay.
THE BED
Sheets and towels are provided free of charge.
There is a double bed (size: 160cm x 190cm).
Also in the room: mirror, coffee table, closet, coat rack, bedside tables and lights.
There is also a Smart TV with the possibility of watching Netflix.
BATHROOM
The bathroom is internal and private. We provide free toiletries, hair dryer, toilet paper, rugs and towels.
Bathroom amenities include: shampoo and body soap.
CLEANING
We clean the apartment before check-in, paying special attention to sanitizing with special products!
INTERNET
Wi-Fi Internet with excellent download (141Mb) and upload (178Mb) speeds.
The router is in the apartment, so the speed is guaranteed.
AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING
The apartment has an air conditioning unit that you can control. It also works as heating. As a result, you will be comfortable whatever your expectations are.

Great for seniors. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and faces the street. It is quite bright.

Once you arrive, you will meet me or my colleagues. They may ask you to show some documents, because of the Italian security law.
NOISE
The apartment is extremely quiet and there is no noise.
There is no traffic, as we are not on a busy street.
The doors and windows are of good quality.
You will sleep well!
PRIVACY
The apartment is private and is located inside a building with other small units for guests. Therefore, it is possible to meet other people on the ground floor.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS
Q: Does the bathroom have windows?
A: No, but the ventilator is new and works very well.
There is no lift in the building and it is only accessible by stairs to be taken on foot.
In the case of bookings with only 2 guests, in case of need for separate beds, in order to accommodate the request it must be communicated 2 days before arrival.
Otherwise, a different arrangement of the beds cannot be guaranteed.
City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 15 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.

The location of this place was perfect; lots of restaurants, cafe's, shops and transportation of all kinds, taxis and the Metro is just a short walk away. They have 6 flats up 6 floors so I would caution if you have trouble with stairs, we were on the 3rd floor, and it was rough at times because it is 4 floors up after walking all day. The shower is very tight space, and we stayed for 9 days with only one set of towels, we did ask the cleaning person for fresh towels and she said no. I would also be prepared to purchase your own paper towels and bathroom paper as well. All in all, its a great location and we found some very good places to eat after long days of traveling to other nearby cities for the day.
