Alders 854 Independence Rd hosts the whole extended family in style, sleeping up to eleven with a kids' wing and a private hot tub at the edge of the trees.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE

- Bunk room for the kids plus a den with sofa sleeper and TVs

Multi-generational trips thrive here. Grandparents and parents each take an upstairs suite with double-sink baths, the kids commandeer the bunk room, and teens disappear happily into the den with its pub table and own TV. Nobody fights over bathrooms, and the sofa sleeper flexes for last-minute additions.

Nice rental in a quiet neighborhood. Convenient to Dillon and Breckenridge. Perfect layout for 2 families with 2 master suites and bunks for kids. Great outdoor space.

This home is wonderful. We traveled with our family of 4 (2 kids that are tween/teen ages). There are were more rooms and beds than we needed, but the home fit our needs, wants, and expectations so we booked. Please note that this would be a great rental for 2 families, but caution anyone with kiddos that can fall down stairs, as their are 3 different sets of stairs for the levels of this home ( or consider renting baby gates). Close drive to the ski resort. We loved that there were 2 spaces for garage parking. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and they had a generous supply of towels, etc. Our favorite amenity was the private hot tub out the back door. This was fabulous after a long day of skiing. We plan to stay at this location again! Clean, responsive rental property management, well supplied, and up to date decor!!

This unit was sparkling clean, well appointed and perfect for a large group! We also loved the private hot tub.

The property was lovely! It was perfectly situated within the resort. We had easy access to the ski lifts via the walking path and ski bus. The house had everything we needed for a large group, including humidifiers.
