The view was very nice, but a little loud at night with the subway noise.

Not getting the check-in and access information until the evening before we left made me nervous

Jessie, responded quickly to any questions. The location was very convenient for us. The water pressure was amazing. It was great having parking and ensuite laundry. If you are a light sleeper the train can be a bit loud. We didn’t get to the pool so can’t common on that. The only thing missing for us was a place to put clothes. Very large closets but only 4 clothes hangers in one bedroom and none in the other. If we had asked, I’m sure Jessie would have supplied them. We were only there two nights so not really a big deal. Thank for a great stay!
