Great set up for 3 adults. All rooms with on suite baths. The biggest issue is all the stairs especially to the big suite on the third floor

Property was as described and accommodated our group perfectly. It is a 3 floor townhouse with 2 bedrooms and bath on ground floor and main living space on 2nd floor and master suite on 3rd floor so if you have someone of limited mobility in your group this may not be the best option. The 3 floors do help you spread out and have a quiet place to go if that is important to you. Everyone was at the real estate office that I communicated with were extremely helpful and responsive providing help, receipts etc. The only negative was that the house was not ready until 430 when the contracted time was 400z. While I understand sometimes cleaning agencies are understaffed, this would be the first rental in 29 years coming to Saint Simons Island that my rental was not ready at the time agreed in the contract. That said the agents at Hodnett Cooper were great and I would rent with them again.

Walk to the beach, close to downtown and shopping, stocked with everything you need on vacay.

We had a few plumbing issues and some other minor issues which we chose not to report during our stay. Property is in a great location, although it could have been a little cleaner. House is definitely not for someone with mobility issues, as it has two flights of steep stairs.
