One Ocean Place Unit 209 is a remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in Garden City Beach. Located on the second floor, this condo has great ocean views that you don’t want to miss. Enjoy your time sitting on the furnished patio overlooking the beach or lounging by the pool. Equipped with a full size washer and dryer and each bedroom features a private bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances needed to prepare a meal. The building has an elevator for guest use and parking on site. Golf carts are not allowed at this condominium.

Condo was roomy and nicely decorated. Views from balcony were awesome! Had a little trouble at check in with codes to multiple gates that was not provided and explained at check in. We took my mom with us and she does not get around well unable to do stairs and that was the only way to the beach. Also the sliding glass doors were really hard to open and shut. She was not able to do on her own.

The property was beautiful and clean. The realty company was very responsive. We not given key faubs to enter the buildind and pool. We had to use the links on our phone. Having a key faub would have been easier. We stayed in other properties in One Ocean Place and were given key fauns.

Pool was indicated as being heated and it was not. I had to asked for the codes to get into the parking lot and other areas. There was a bike rack, storage for our bikes, that was not communicated! The view is nice, but very close to the other unit’s windows. We thought we would have contact through the host and not SeaStar Reality. Only 1 dish cloth and dish towel for 9 nights. No dishwashing liquid. The place was not very clean and both beds sounded like the support/frames were damaged- uncomfortable and loud. The ocean was amazing and Conch cafe did not disappoint!
