Studio flat. The LIVING ROOM has a sofa bed with bedding inside the sofa.
It has has a remote-controlled DIMPLEX optimist electric fire, 55inch smart TV.

KITCHEN is fully equipped (e.g. washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, 4 slice toaster, kitchen utensils).

BATHROOM has a modern walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

The apartment has gas central heating and WIFI.
To watch Netflix, guests need to have their own Netflix login.

PARKING
Strict city centre. Business Parking Permit provided for free for Area C (Alexander Place, Ardross Place, Ardross Terrace, Ardross St, May Court, Tomnahurich St, Kenneth St no 1-17)

If no space just next to the apartment, it's easiest to find free space at Ardross St in front of the St Andrews Cathedral.

Please note that Parking Permit does not guarantee a parking space.
Guests can use the whole apartment. The only cupboard which is locked contains spare clean towels, linen and cleaning products.
