River Run Townhomes 63 is the kind of place extended families talk about for years - a den built for game nights, slope views from the great room, and a private hot tub steaming on the patio.

Upstairs, the grown-ups get a showpiece great room with a stone fireplace, slope views, and a chef-worthy kitchen with gas range and granite island, plus dining for eight under an antler chandelier. Downstairs, the kids claim the den - red sectional, foosball table, movie nights on demand - with two bedrooms close by, one opening right onto the hot tub patio.

Eight guests sleep well here: the vaulted primary suite with balcony, private TV, and dual-sink ensuite; two more restful bedrooms; and a memory-foam sofa sleeper in the den. Three and a half bathrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer keep a full house running smoothly.

The River Run Gondola is about an eight-minute walk, so the whole crew can ski out and stroll home for hot chocolate. Add Dakota Lodge pool and spa access, a shared sauna, and that bubbling private hot tub, and every generation wins. Reserve River Run Townhomes 63 for your Keystone gathering this winter.

Parking allows up to three vehicles - one in the heated garage and two in the driveway with the permit provided in your unit - and no road parking is permitted.
