Cocoonr is pleased to offer you a very bright and spacious, contemporary-style flat. Ideally situated a 5-minute walk from Vannes railway station and close to the town centre, with a floor area of 84 m², it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. In a quiet location, on the 8th floor with a lift, the residence features a tree-lined garden.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living area with a sofa, TV and Wi-Fi,
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, dishwasher…
- Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer
- A separate toilet
Outside: Balcony with unobstructed views over the rooftops of Vannes
The neighbourhood:
- 5-minute walk from the station
- Local shops and supermarkets (grocery shop, bakery, bar-tobacconist’s)
- Supermarkets nearby (Carrefour City, Monoprix)
Plenty of restaurants near the flat
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, the property has a car park for all residents, but there is no private parking space allocated to the flat. It is accessible to all types of car.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes, a 7-minute walk away
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 15 minutes by car
