Family trip to the Kennedy Space Center, stayed two nights. The house is approximately 20 minutes or so from the space center. It is very close to the little downtown Cocoa - which has nice restaurants, shops, and a park, right on the river front. Property is set up well for a VRBO, they provided plenty of extras (paper towels, kitchen trash bags, toilet paper, pool towels, floats for the pool). Plus there is a fantastic coffee set up. Jennifer was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

Our vacation with 3 grandkids was great staying here, the pool was a bonus as the kids were swimming for hours each day and the hot tub was relaxing at the end of our busy days. Will definitely try to rent this house again next visit to Florida

The pool was cool but warm enough for kids to enjoy. The hot tub had seating for 3-4 adults and was just right for relaxing in. Very well appointed back yard completely fenced in with room for play and relaxation . Inside bedrooms were roomy and had good closet space. Our group of 8 also enjoyed family time in the spacious living room. The coffee bar is a great touch in the dining area. Host very quick to respond to any questions we had.
