Comfortable one bedroom one bath in quite residential community. Private entrance, private unit, no shared space. This unit is newly renovated with high end wood floor, granite shower stall, brand name luxury bedding, comforter, bathroom amenities, Smart Vizio TV, air purifier, coffee machine and lots more. It has everything for a comfortable stay. Located just a stone throw away from local walking trail and community park. Freeway access to interstate 580 in 8 mins.

Loved this homey space in luxury community, amazing walking trail across street with wild turkeys along vibrant creek. Location perfect for Tracy events. Could have been more generous with supplies even so plenty of non-essentials, and host responds well. Window too small for views but good air circulation.

Everything was as says. Close to the trail. Close to the grocery store and StarB’s. Enjoyed our stay.
