A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Dakota Lodge 8518 is built for family ski trips, with a River Run Village location that lets everyone walk to the gondola in about five minutes. Two bedrooms and two baths sleep up to nine.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- 5-minute walk to the River Run Gondola
- King bedroom with private bath for the parents
- Bunk room with full-over-full bunk, pull-out single, and TV
- Outdoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna downstairs
- Elevator, step-free entry, and EV charging
Mornings start easy here. Breakfast at the big dining table or the counter stools, gear from the ski storage, then a short stroll to the lifts, no shuttle schedules, no loading the car. Kids get their own bunk room with a TV; parents get a primary bedroom with private bath and a door straight onto the covered balcony, where the ski hill fills the view. A sleeper sofa in the living room means friends or cousins fit too.
Afternoons take care of themselves: the building's pool, hot tubs, and sauna are the family reward for a hard day of skiing, and the village's mini golf, playground, hot chocolate, and dining are all steps away. Evenings wind down by the stone fireplace with a movie while snow drifts past the windows.
With no stairs to manage and an elevator from the garage, this one works for every generation. Claim Dakota Lodge 8518 for your family's Keystone week this winter.
Parking is available for one vehicle in the building's shared garage.

Great location. Great space. Could use some new mattresses and pillows - but that's just personal preference.

If you need a large unit for a family with children, this could be for you… but there are trade offs!
The living area is quite large with seating for five, and dining room table that seats six. The furniture was positioned normally, and not crammed into the space for photos like you typically find in rentals like this. The kitchen is also relatively large, and two adults weren’t bumping into each other getting food from the fridge
However, the interior appears to be original construction. Furnishings, cabinets/countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, carpets, window coverings… all were of low quality, and some were not working properly. Our mattress, pillows and sheets were also of poor quality and in need of replacement.
The building is the farthest from the gondola in River Run, but has a large heated pool/hot tub and heated underground parking.
Lastly, the third party management is somewhat inconvenient… as an example, we discovered after check in that there were no blankets for the sofa bed and were told we’d need to drive to the company office to pick them up. Nothing else went wrong during our stay, but how hard is it to put blankets in a closet?
In summary, this is the largest unit I’ve seen in River Run, which will be paramount to most guests, but it’s very basic… and the little (and inexpensive) things to make it more comfortable, have been overlooked.
