Flying Dutchman 1106 is a forest-wrapped Keystone condo made for families - the kids get a spiral staircase and their own loft, the grown-ups get peace, quiet, and a hot soak at day's end.

WHAT YOU'LL LOVE
- King bedroom downstairs, kids' loft upstairs
- Shared hot tub, outdoor pool, and sauna
- Free resort shuttle to the slopes
- Balcony with front-row forest views
- Updated kitchen and bathroom

Sleeping eight, the layout naturally splits the generations. Parents settle into the tall-ceilinged main bedroom; kids climb the spiral stairs to a loft with a trundle bed and a bonus nook of extra beds that feels like a secret fort. The sofa sleeper downstairs covers one more pair.

Group meals are easy in the renovated kitchen - granite counters, stainless appliances, and everything you need to keep a hungry crew fed - with a cheerful round table in the window nook for pancakes and card games. Evenings, everyone piles up in front of the fireplace and the TV while snow drifts past the glass.

The resort shuttle takes the parking stress out of ski mornings, and afternoons end the right way: hot tub, pool, or sauna, then cocoa on the balcony under the pines. Reserve Flying Dutchman 1106 and give the family a Keystone winter they'll ask to repeat.

Parking is in the free outdoor lot, unassigned, with passes for up to two vehicles.
