In ANGLET on the edge of BIARRITZ, in a villa, on the 1st floor, independent apartment of 43 m², with a large balcony facing South, a large shaded garden where calm reigns while having nearby (5 minutes walk), shops, buses etc… and the beach 10 minutes away by car or bus (free in 2023) (. Rental by the week or fortnight, from Saturday to Saturday.
Holidays on the Basque Coast, Anglet, known as "Little California", is 11 beaches of character on 4.5 km of fine sand.
Ideal for a whole family with children given the peaceful surroundings and the garden.
You can eat outside either on the terrace or in the garden under the cherry tree.
In the living room, there is a sofa bed, and in the bedroom a 140 cm bed. (linen: sheets, towels, dish towels. are not provided)
The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
In the kitchenette all the comforts. (Ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge – freezer, radio, TV (80 cm) – Wifi – DVD player -)
The car will be parked in the driveway of the villa.
Deposit check of 300 euros not cashed (torn and photo by SMS if no damage), plus check (50 euros for cleaning (torn and photo by SMS if apartment clean).
Rental from July 1st to August 31st, (Bayonne festival 2 people) by the week or fortnight Saturday Saturday Our animal friends are not accepted. First contact by email.
