Overall, the house was excellent. It was well stocked and a significant step up from the typical IKEA-style furnishings often found in rentals. The layout worked perfectly for our family, and the kids especially loved having a TV in the outdoor living area. The only reason I did not give this home 5 stars was the communication regarding a pool issue. Upon arrival, we found the pool filled with algae to the point that visibility extended only to the first step. This our 2nd time going to cape coral from rhode island. From the time we opened the door we fell in love! Everything was as described. It was very spacious as the master bedroom was nice and far from the kids rooms the pool was the highlight of our trip we couldnt get the kids out of it. The grill is a little out dated but it worked just fine. We would def go back as it was perfect to get away from the cold spring in new england
