Incredibly special & unique unit at Kona Makai, this top floor unit with a loft has SPLIT AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLED! Split AC in Loft Bedroom & Back Bedroom! Very rare offering, and such a high in demand feature. The Loft is large enough to be treated as a second bedroom!

A comfortable option for up to 5 people! Enjoy a King Sized Bed in Main Floor Bedroom, and a Queen Sized Bed in the loft. Blow up mattress as well for the Third Bed!
The Kona Makai complex is a beautifully maintained & highly sought after Ocean Front Complex located on famous Alii Drive, This wonderful complex features and includes beautifully manicured tropical grounds, ocean front pool and spa, sunny lounge area, two work out rooms, eating area w/ gas BBQ’s, tennis courts, ping pong table, ample parking, and is gated during the night for security.

The experience at this listing was amazing. From lots of towels (including beach towels), a fully equipped kitchen, pristine bathroom and bedroom, all the Tommy Bahama beach gear (chairs, umbrella and boards) to the peaceful lanai where I drank my coffee every morning and the amazing spot by the pool for sunset gazing. Can’t wait to go back and will for sure book this place again.

Great location- easy walking distance to Kona.Well stocked kitchen( pots, pans etc)Kona makai is fairly quiet facility- if you like to party- probably not the place for you.
