The Space:
Sithuri Tiny House by Tiny Away is one of the top Windeyer accommodations, located near Mudgee Hot Air Ballooning and wineries such as Bunnamagoo Winery, Pieter Van Gent Winery, and Burnbrae Winery. It's also within reach of scenic spots like Windermere Dam, the magical Glow Worm Tunnel, and the vast wilderness of Blue Mountains National Park.
A comfortable 241 square foot tiny home complete with a queen-sized bed up in the loft and a couch, which can be converted into a single bed on the ground floor. Get easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers).
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have four other tiny homes available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
The distance between the tiny houses are From the Sparkling to the Sithuri are 42 metres. From the Sparkling to the Chardonnay are 83 metres. From all of them to the Cabernet are around 200 metres It’s not only the distance the way they are positioned it’s to give more privacy since they are not facing each other.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and the surrounding property except for the hosts' private residence. Please be considerate to other guests, as there are also other accommodations rented out.
As it is a huge property, please keep to the walking and biking trails and enquire with your host about the route before you start.

Start your day with a hot air adventure at Balloon Aloft Mudgee or head to Glen Willow Regional Sports Complex for local games and events. Grab a bite at Dancing Goat Cafe or stock up on quality local goods at Mudgee Corner Store.
For outdoor escapes, head to Burrendong Dam, Windermere Dam, or the Glow Worm Tunnel for a mix of water activities and unique nature experiences. You can also take a scenic drive to Blue Mountains National Park to take in its scenic landscapes and fresh mountain air.

Other Things to Note:
- Gas BBQ grill is available for each tiny house
- No Mobile reception and no internet connection
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed
- You may bring your own firewood if you want to use the firepit. (Please take note that outdoor fire pit is banned during the fire season (from October to March)
- Please do not enter animal paddocks without the land host's permission
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Breakfast and snacks are available for order.
- Keep in mind that all meals should be pre-ordered 24 hours in advance
- The menu will be sent along with your check-in instructions prior to booking

- Farm tours and feeding animals is extra cost $300 per couple
- Picnic availability and price please refer to your host
- Keep in mind that farm tours must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance
- For pre-booked farm tours, guests must stay at least 2 nights to participate
b. Wine Tours
- Half-day wine tours come at an extra cost of $125 per person
- Whole-day wine tours come at an extra cost of $190 per person
- Wine tours with lunch must be pre-booked three weeks in advance
- Wine tours with wine tasting must be pre-booked one week in advance
- Keep in mind that wine tours on weekdays must be pre-booked 48 hours in advance
Important note:
- Keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban from October to March
- Please keep in mind that some amenities, such as the paddocks and spa tub are shared
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the compost toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.

A great holiday's definition varies for different people. If you're tired of city life and want a peaceful corner of the world to meditate and disconnect from the digital world, this is a must-stay! Fernando is an amazing host and an inspiring farmer you won't get tired of listening to. You can learn about all the amazing work he has done on his farm with his beautiful wife. Make sure to get in touch with him prior to meeting if you want to try some of the yummy pork sausages he makes and get latest update on their produces.
There are heaps to enjoy on his farm – lots of gorgeous goats, alpacas, pigs, and chickens. It's roughly a 40-minute drive to the nearest grocery store and petrol station, but we didn't mind as we took all we needed with us.

This is an experience you won't want to miss! We had a fabulous 2 nights at this tiny house. Fernandes was a great host. His farm is full of animals and it's so nice just to watch them roam around. Kitchen had everything you needed, we brought a mini portable oven as an extra. I'd recommend to do this trip when planning around Mudgee and only book your lunches and cook dinner at the tiny house as the roads get very dark at night and no GPS signal. It is around a 40min drive to Mudgee. Also recommend a 4wd when driving here.

Our first tiny home stay and we really enjoyed it. Lovely views on the property, and evenings spent watching the stars. Goats, alpaca’s, geese, peacocks, and chickens for entertainment. We loved watching the sun rise over the hill from our tiny house. Our host Fernando was very easy to communicate with.
