Full kitchen, laundry, widescreen television with satellite channels, private balcony, private courtyard, a resort style lagoon swimming pool and outstanding tropical garden landscaping. Sleep soundly in a Balinese queen size bed, with the smell of salt in the air and gentle waves lapping the beach.



Air-conditioned throughout, these two bedroom, two bathroom (one with spa bath) villas provide ample space and privacy. The 2nd bedroom can feature a king bed or 2 king singles and your preference must be requested at the time of booking to avoid additional charges. The living area has bifold panoramic doors opening on to your private covered verandah. Take the weight of the world off as you relax on cushioned lounges complete with foot stools, so you can really put your feet up.



Alongside your private verandah is your own private tropical garden courtyard, featuring a four seater teak table chairs and your own private bbq, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing on your tropical island getaway.



The villas share a swimming pool in the centre of the complex.



Villa 1 is a stand alone unit at the very front of the property with magnificent uninterrupted ocean views.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Schoolies or School leavers will not be accepted.

The Neighborhood:

Magnetic Island is located 8km from Townsville and accessible by passenger or vehicle ferries.

67% of Magnetic Island is National Park Land, allowing for 36km of walking tracks with Australian wildlife like Koalas, Echidnas, Wallabys and many different birds. These tracks lead to magnificent views of the Island, its bays and surrounding blue Coral Sea.



Getting Around:

Magnetic Island can be easily accessed by the public bus service and taxis.

If you prefer to travel at your own pace there are hire cars available once on the Island. Parking is available.

Public Transport options are a close walking distance from the Pure Magnetic Villas.



Other Things to Note:

Please be mindful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.
