The Entire nearly 1200 square foot home is all Yours. Great for large groups. You will have free access to Pools, Hot Tubs, Restaurant, and Gym.
The Neighborhood:
The Oasis Restaurant is onsite and one of the Finest in Kapa`a. Close to Shopping of every kind. Starbucks and Safeway across the street. Lots of shopping within Walking Distance. The Coconut Marketplace is blocks away and has really wonderful Shops and Entertainment.
Getting Around:
Centrally Located on the Coconut Coast of Kapa`a. There is open parking in large lot and you will be provided a Parking Pass. There is a local City Bus for Transportation. Taxis, Lyft and Uber are available on most parts of the Island.
Other Things to Note:
Your Host Supplies an ample Starter Set of Paper Products. Toilet Tissue, Paper Towels and Kleenex. If you run out, you will need to supply additional for your use.
If you need a Late Check-Out, and it is possible, the rate is one half the nightly rate plus Hawaiian State Tax. The late departure fee must be paid prior to your check-out date. This option allows you to stay in the home until 10 pm on the day of departure.

I loved how spacious it was for four adults and two small children. The hotel pool is wonderful for children. The beach is right there. The host provides all the kitchen supplies. Plenty of seating. The fastest and friendliest communication throughout the process. I loved not having to wait in line at a hotel and not having to worry about a keycard. We went straight to the room, entered the code and started our vacation. Kapa’a really is an ideal location on the island. It’s very close to the airport and also centrally located to get to the south and north ends of the island. This hotel was the dream location with the greatest host, very clean rooms, and location.

We loved this beautiful 2 bedroom condo! The facility was beautiful, check in was easy, the unit has wonderful amenities and little extras and everything was seamless! Also, kudos because these beds were the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had away from home! Thank you! I also loved that this location is perfect because it’s a short drive to anywhere you’d like to go!

We planned a family trip with our two young boys for a surprise end of school trip. Not only was communication always wonderful, even when we messed up our departure day our host made it possible to stay in the beautiful condo an extra day with no issue! While in the middle of the trip we got the worst news that my father in law passed suddenly. We could have gone home but staying here felt like home away from home, if that’s not a testament to how amazing and welcoming this property is I’m not sure what would be! We will absolutely be back to stay in this beautiful condo and host that truly shows aloha in every way
